Gus The Donkey ( aka Augustus Gem) was purchased in Tasmania from The Gem Farm. He is a cross between a Mediterranean donkey and an Australian Donkey. He is around 12hh. He was the inspiration for the label and Chasney estate Logo. He loves people and going out on his day trips to horse lessons.
R.I.P Gus much loved member of the Family.
Now replaced by the lovely Esmee , a teamster donkey who is now just turning 3. Her training has started and she is going well. She is a very friendly donkey who loves a pat and a brush.
