Our pure smooth healthy olive paste is made from our naturally brine- cured black Manzanillo olives . The pit is removed and the flesh is crushed . No preservatives or fillers. We then pasteurize it to give it a shelf like of 12 months.

Use a spread on crackers with cheese, toast or add to your dishes for the olive taste. Also could be put on bruschetta and pizzas.

This is like tapenade without the anchovies and is suitable for thoses on a vegan or vegetarian diet.

The chilli is very hot.
