This is a sweet savoury olive jam made from green or black Jumbo Kalamata olives, apples and orange juice and sugar, the green olives bring out the orange flavour of the juice and give it a zesty taste too. It is perfect to use like a chutney on cheese. I have used it on top of mushrooms stuffed with a blue stilton and mozzarella cheese. Eat this raw or bake and enjoy.
