Traditionally brined table olives in a vacuum pouch in extra virgin olive oil. Our Olives are fermented ( debittered) by lactic acid bacteria fermentation. Making them a probiotic so great for gut health.
They are also rich in antioxidants and anti inflammatory . The healthy fat oleic acid and the polyphenols ( which give the bitter taste) are a great brain food for your memory.
They come vacuum packed with extra virgin olive oil and australian apple cider vinegar. If you order chilli and garlic we add in dried weyhill australian garlic and australian dried chilli, home grown when possible.
The caramelised balsamic, consist of our EVOO, Australian balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, and lemon oil.

Our jumbo kalamata olives, after long and peaceful 18 months curing in brine are ready. Available in 300gm vacuum sealed pouches . Packaged in premium extra virgin olive oil. in 3 varieties- Green olives in australian chilli and garlic ( my personal favourite) or just oil (natural)., or black plain jumbo kalamata in oil. Taste the true sicilian styled olives direct from us the growers to you.
These olives are packed with crunch Green Kalamata marinated in chilli and garlic and our own extra virgin olive oil are our personal favourite! Picked green and naturally fermented for over 12 months, we then hand grade and vacuum pack them for your enjoyment. Like all our olives, they are estate produced with no chemicals or pesticides, and we only use Australian herbs and spices where possible . These olives are bursting with flavour. Enjoy on their on or with cheese like a south cape brie as an hors d'oeuvres.
